New world record – 110 meters carousel in Minnesota
Chuck Zwilling and his family managed to build a 110 meter ice carousel near Minneapolis. It was a huge task with some excitement. Check the coverage by Discovery channel! Chuck is coming to the Ice Carousel Festival in Lohja, 23-24.2.2018 and takes part in the competition by sitting in the grand jury.

Käpylehto built it at the World’s largest Ice Mechanics laboratory in Aalto University, Otaniemi, Finland.
100 metrinen jättiläinen – A 100 meter giant
100-metrinen jääkarusellijättiläinen pyöri Lohjalla. Vieressä näkyy hauskasti ensimmäisiä Janne Käpylehdon sahaamia karuselleja. Aiemman, nyt hyvin pieneltä näyttävän jääkarusellin päällä paistettiin makkaraa ja pidettiin hauskaa, sen video levisi maailmanlaajuisesti. Videon on nähnyt eri kanavilla noin 100 Milj ihmistä.
Uusi 100-metrinen kolossi peittosi Virolaisten 60,4 metriläisen talven jääkaruselliennätyksen, ja maailmanmestaruus on nyt taas Suomessa! Räyh!
A 100 -meter gigantic ice carousel spinning in Lohja, Finland. Next to it, scaling the giant, is one of the first ice carousels made by Janne Käpylehto this winter. Next to the giant it now looks tiny!
